• Operate and monitor industrial ovens to bake various food products
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent product quality
• Adjust oven settings as needed to achieve desired results
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to prevent over or undercooking
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of ovens and equipment
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
