ASAP Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Laborer with a focus on machine operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring the smooth running of production processes, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance. This position requires an individual who is proactive in identifying issues, efficient in machine operation, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. Perform regular cleaning of machines, equipment, and work areas to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning. Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and resolve basic operational issues. Assist with machine setup and calibration as required. Follow quality control procedures and report any issues with product quality or machine performance. Adhere to safety policies and practices at all times. Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, maintenance, and downtime. Assist in other production tasks as needed to support the team. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in machine operation or production labor Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with maintenance tools and techniques. Ability to read and interpret machine operation manuals. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor tasks.

Physical Requirements :
