We have been experiencing continuous growth for the past 30 years, currently serving over 500 clients across various sectors. We’re hiring dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators for our night shift team. The Production Operator is responsible for programming and operating precision equipment to convert raw materials into high-quality seals and gaskets, while actively contributing to the inspection and quality assurance process. What You’ll Do
- Operate and program manufacturing equipment
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Perform basic quality control
- Enter data into our production system
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing (a plus, but not required)
- Able to read measurements and use tools (tape measure, micrometer, etc.)
- Comfortable with basic math and metric/imperial conversions
- Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Physically fit for hands-on work
- Basic computer skills What You’ll Get
