Titusville, FL 32796 We are a No Fee staffing agency, a Drug-Free Workplace / EEOC. 6am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand and power tools. This role involves assembling products, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. Duties Operate various hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble components. Work on the assembly line to produce high-quality products efficiently. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in the movement of materials within the manufacturing facility or warehouse as needed. Utilize forklift equipment for transporting materials when required. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing facility, factory, or warehouse setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as necessary.
