Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Direct-to-film DTF Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating DTF printing machines, handling print production, and ensuring the highest quality output. As a DTF Operator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional prints for our clients, supporting our production needs, and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing machines efficiently and accurately. Prepare and manage digital artwork files for printing. Monitor printing quality to ensure adherence to design specifications and customer expectations. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of DTF printing machines. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly output goals. Ensure proper color matching and print quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience with DTF printing or similar digital printing methods. Strong knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment. Familiarity with RIP software and image file formats (e.g., PNG, TIFF, PSD). Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality prints. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fabric printing or apparel decoration. Graphic design experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software. Knowledge of color calibration and print setup.
