In this role, you’ll play a key part in the Assembly Line department, overseeing daily operations and supporting the assembly team. $21-$26 per hour + overtime on Saturdays Standard benefits!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to coordinate daily assembly line activities. Train, mentor, and support new team members and those undergoing cross-training. Streamline processes to ensure efficient and timely component assembly. Read and interpret work instructions and product drawings to guide assembly tasks. Conduct inspections, identify defects, and perform necessary rework.
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and adhere to safety and quality standards. Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed. Willingness to work overtime as required. Strong coordination and leadership skills to manage a team of 10-15 members. Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or CNC machine operations (preferred). What’s in It for
