Manufacturing Associate Q&Q Aluminum Solutions Sunrise, FL 33351 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand tools and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly and fabrication of railings and screen enclosures while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Operate various types of machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility, including assembly lines and fabrication tools. Assemble components and products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality in every step of the process. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks, including cutting, shaping, and joining materials. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety within the manufacturing environment. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production processes. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery relevant to manufacturing processes. Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues as they arise.
