Production Lead Position Available In Broward, Florida

Production Lead EmpHire Staffing Dania, FL 33004 Production Lead – Fulfillment Center | $18/hr We are a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics company specializing in e-commerce orders shipping products across the U.S. and internationally with guaranteed speed and accuracy. Our facility operates with precision and flexibility, supporting subscription box services, Amazon FBA prep, and climate-controlled storage for specialty items. We are currently seeking a hands-on Production Lead to support and oversee day-to-day operations on the floor.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a small production team to meet daily fulfillment and packaging targets Support product prep, boxing, labeling, and kitting workflows Ensure quality control and accurate order processing Communicate with supervisors and warehouse staff to prioritize orders Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with training new team members Coordinate with back office as needed for special projects

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working in a production, warehouse, or fulfillment setting Strong organizational and leadership skills Comfort using basic computer systems for tracking and reporting Ability to multitask and pivot in a fast-paced environment Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or similar product handling is a plus

Bilingual Spanish Pay:

$18/hr
