Job Description
Production Team Lead Southern Grouts & Mortars, Inc. Pompano Beach, FL 33069 Supervise warehouse employees in a manufacturing environment, plan and assign employee workload, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, working conditions and safety. Oversee and implement production schedules to achieve finished good demands. Meet production goals set forth by the Director of Operations. Ensures effective employee relations, provides employee coaching and development. Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and overall morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Assists in employment decisions and resolving employee issues through resolution. Manages raw material production inventory. Enforce SGM safety policies including the use of all personal protective equipment. Perform accident investigations. Ensuring housekeeping, maintenance and plant cleanliness is a continuing priority.
