FINISHING DEPARTMENT

position is now open. The Finishing Department Technician functions under the direct supervision of the senior operator and plant manager or other quality management positions. The Finishing Department Technician is responsible for maintaining production and quality standards by ensuring the timely flow of in process goods through the department according to the department standard operating procedures. The central work location will be Fort Lauderdale, Fl. This position requires occasional early morning start times and occasional weekends.

Position Responsibilities:

• Receives production order and job assignments from supervisor.
• Routes all screen-printed and digital imaged material through finishing operations.
• Monitors the quality standard of finished goods according to company and customer specifications.
• Files orders, packs, skids and crates finished materials according to delivery schedule.
• Follows finishing department operational standards. To do this job you need to:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have safe work habits
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
• Working Hours 7:30am – 3:30 pm
• Pass a criminal background check, and authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to work a variable schedule to support your team and plant
• Speaks clear English, bilingual a plus
