ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Possesses skills and competencies todeliver intermediate contracted customer requirements (documentassembly and finishing).
• Tasks and activities are defined androutine.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Point of contact toreceive, review and electronically log customer jobs
• Operatestandard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters,laminating, and hole punchers)
• Operate office/productionequipment (printer, copier, fax, scan)
• Apply asset tags to officeequipment and update database
• Track and coordinate the move, addor change of office equipment assets at customer accounts Clean andmaintain office equipment when necessary
• Process and distributeincoming and outgoing faxes, log for billing purposes
• Processbasic forms and update information using a PC
• Wrap, pack, label,and ship finished product
• Collect and submit meter reads
• Maintain appropriate supply inventory, distribute supplies asrequired
• Problem solve issues to complete production, delivery,and output requirements
• Perform quality inspection before, duringand after output of each production run
• Sort and scan hardcopymaterials or other mediums for use in printed documents or digitalformat; specific application training may be required and provided
• Collect data and respond to print/copy equipment issues bycontacting service personnel using specific PC applications
• Operate high volume printers and copiers
• Estimate, schedule andtrack incoming production jobs
• Track and store jobs as customerrequires for reuse at a future date, including file back-up
• Inspect files for problem areas, including fonts, image resolutionand image registration Index electronic materials to media such asCDROM , disk or tape, for reproduction and distribution Integratevariable data files into printed format using templates providedFile/document conversion (utilizing standard software)
• Performoperator maintenance on equipment
• Maintain reporting logs andinformation for billing
• Track and store jobs as customer requiresfor reuse at a future date, including file back-up
• Performminimal training to customer end-users on equipment
• May developwork processes or templates
• May operate high volume folding andinserting mail equipment

SKILLS:

• Able to demonstrate ComputerSkills
• Functional knowledge of PC (keyboard functions, mouse,etc.)
• Able to demonstrate Intermediate use of: MS office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint), Web, Internet, and Intranet Create spreadsheetsUse standard formulas Sort Filter, and create graphs Import/exportinformation Embed files into applications Move data between Wordand Excel
• Able to demonstrate ability to use / locate devices(drives, files, printers) attached to network
• Able to demonstrateability to send and receive emails , find, open and save documentsand files, perform data entry
• Able to demonstrate ability to useinternet explorer for web browsing , send documents topreconfigured printer
• Able to demonstrate basic math skills(division, multiplication, percentages)
• Able to demonstratebusiness maturity and professionalism
• Workers acting as firstresponders require basic use of MS Office , sufficient to maintainreporting in Excel; web access knowledge and Internet skills, plusproficiency in PC connectivity to printers as well as printerconfiguration (setting default parameters)

EXPERIENCE

Experiencein a Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year)

EDUCATION

• Minimum:

  High School Diploma or equivalent.
