The Automated Pouching Machine Utility supports theoperation and maintenance of pouching machines, ensuring efficientproduction and high-quality output. This role assists machineoperators, performs basic maintenance, and ensures the cleanlinessand safety of the work area. Key Responsibilities Support machineoperators during setup, operation, and changeovers. Help withthreading film, adjusting machine settings, and loading materialsPerform basic preventative maintenance on pouching machines. Assistin troubleshooting and resolving minor machine issues Monitor theproduction process to ensure products meet quality standards.

Conduct periodic checks and report any discrepancies Maintainaccurate records of production activities, including material usageand machine performance, using manufacturing reporting software andhardware Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Ensure thework area is clean and free of hazards Work closely with machineoperators, maintenance staff, and other team members to ensuresmooth production processes Qualifications High school diploma orequivalent 0-1 years of previous experience Demonstrated ability toperform basic mechanical tasks and routine maintenance Familiaritywith manufacturing software and hardware for production reportingAbility to operate powered lift equipment Ability to read andcomprehend simple instructions and correspondence Ability to workwell in a team environment Strong attention to detail andproblem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years ofprevious experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to operate basic hand tools and measuring devices
