Position Overview:

We are seeking a Production Associate to join our Customization department, focusing on direct-to-film (DTF) transfers. In this role, you will be responsible for placing custom logos and artwork onto garments such as safety vests, t-shirts, and hoodies. This includes ensuring precise placement and operating heat press machinery to complete the transfers. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a repetitive production environment, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working on their feet for the majority of the day.
