As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for producing duct work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to produce duct work according to established procedures and quality standards Monitor production line to ensure products are being produced efficiently and accurately Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications Package finished products and prepare them for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Participate in training and development activities as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to operate machinery and equipment and perform physical tasks as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals Ability to work in a team environment and support other team members Basic computer skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Monday-Friday 1st Shift 6am-430pm (Must plan to stay until 4:30PM but when not busy may leave earlier (2:30PM)
