If you’re experienced in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems, and enjoy troubleshooting and working with your hands, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all manufacturing and support equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Use hand and power tools to maintain equipment to manufacturer standards Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Document maintenance activity and communicate equipment needs to leadership Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and understand technical instructions, diagrams, and manuals Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools Experience with pumps, motors, and rotating equipment is a plus Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
