As a Bay Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and innovation within the energy sector.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Train and mentor manufacturing staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues. Comply with and maintain continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Lean methodology in manufacturing, to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor equipment and machinery for any malfunctions, arranging for maintenance or repairs as needed to minimize downtime. Enforce compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, including health and safety measures. Analyze production data to identify trends, adjusting processes or resources to meet production targets. Lead emergency response efforts within the manufacturing area, including the execution of evacuation plans and incident reporting. Must Adhere to and follow all safety procedures, i.e. lock-out/tag-out, report safety concerns, use appropriate PPE as required, and follow similar safety practices Listen and respond to customer needs. Attention to the voice of the customer drives our success in production fulfillment

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) Must be able to lift and carry at least 33 lbs and push and pull at least 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to stand for long periods of time up to 95% of the shift with or without reasonable accommodation Must pass background and drug screen Manufacturing/mechanical experience using electrical and pneumatic air hand tools Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical theories Complete and maintain Characteristic Verification Plan (CVP) Certification Proven experience and willingness to be self-directed and identify improvement processes Ability and willingness to work effectively with others in a team setting Follow and promote safe work practices Communicate effectively with others

Compensation & Benefits:
