Are you ready to get your hands dirty and help keep Century running strong? The Town of Century is looking for a dedicated, safety-minded, and motivated Natural Gas Utility Worker to join our team!

What Youll Do:

This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll be out in the field, ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of natural gas to our residents and businesses. From responding to gas leaks and system emergencies to installing and maintaining critical infrastructureyou’ll be a frontline hero in our essential services team.

What Were Looking For:

We’re seeking candidates with a high school diploma or GED, a valid Drivers License, and ideally, some experience working with natural gas systems or underground utilities. If youre not already certified, dont worrywell help you get there!

You Should Be

• Skilled with tools and equipment
• Comfortable with maps, meters, and mobile devices
• Physically able to lift, dig, and work in the elements
• A team player with strong communication and safety-first mindsetBe Ready for

Action:

This position participates in a rotating on-call schedule (yes, even weekends and holidaysbecause gas emergencies dont take time off). In return, youll gain valuable experience, meaningful work, and the chance to build a stable, long-term career in the utility industry.
