2nd Shift Only Spherion is currently seeking dedicated and dependable General Manufacturing Warehouse Associates for 2nd shift roles. These positions involve hands-on, physically demanding work in a fast-paced production environment. What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be involved in various production and logistics tasks including: Manually assembling aluminum fencing panels using pneumatic tools Packaging fencing products efficiently and securely for shipping Hanging products on paint lines for finishing Loading and unloading shipping materials manually Repetitive lifting, sorting, taping, labeling, packaging, and wrapping of products Using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling to move materials Physical Demands of the
Role:
This job is physically intensive and best suited for individuals who enjoy staying active: On your feet for 10-12 hours each shift Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs or more Constant bending, reaching, crouching, pushing, pulling, twisting, and walking Working in a hot warehouse environment Performing repetitive motions throughout the shift
