Production Analyst Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Production Analyst Confidential Plant City, FL Join our growing team as a Production Analyst and directly support our Plant Manager in streamlining operations and fostering continuous improvement. This junior role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in manufacturing and engineering.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely production reports. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and standards within the facility. Act as the primary point of contact between the plant and administrative departments. Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects. Spend equal time working between the operations floor and office environment.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (required). Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, or a similar technical field, OR at least 5 years of technical experience in Mechanical/Electrical disciplines. Proficiency in SAP systems (required). Working knowledge of AutoCAD (required). Ability to commute reliably to the office 5 days per week. Capable of working both standing and seated throughout the workday. Bilingual (English – Spanish required)
