Production Specialist Save the Moment Plant City, FL 33563 Production Specialist Save The Moment, Plant City, FL Save the Moment, a local leader in the Awards and Sign industry, located in Plant City, Florida, is seeking a results-driven individual to join our production team as a Production Specialist. The individual in this role will provide outstanding assembly and craftsmanship to each project. Our employees perform at a high level as they work as a team to build and establish customer relationships and service the customer’s exact needs. A successful Production Specialist should be highly motivated, energetic, detail orientated, take initiative, maintain a positive attitude, exude confidence, and continuously improve through feedback from the management team.
Responsibilities:
The Production Specialist is responsible for: Accurate and timely assembly of all items including, but not limited to, trophies, plaques, glass pieces, acrylics, Yeti’s, apparel, banners, etc. Use of computer software to design awards, banners, etc. Proper training and use of each machine to include laser, engraving, DTG, UV, and sublimation. Review finished product, packaging and shipping Prep work such as cutting sheet metal, drilling, overall replenishing supplies used daily Focus and precise attention to detail on multiple projects at one time Easily searching and navigating the Internet for project assistance Demonstrate proper interaction with customers, coworkers, and vendors Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
Creativity and Ingenuity Outstanding customer service Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrate computer literacy Detail oriented & works well with a team Must have valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation Background and/or experience in graphics field is very helpful but not required The Production Specialist will work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
