We are seeking a Thermoformer Press Helper to join our production team. The Thermoformer Press Helper supports the operation of thermoforming presses by assisting with material preparation, machine setup, and post-production tasks. This role helps ensure smooth production flow and maintains quality and safety standards on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in loading plastic sheets or rolls into the thermoforming press. Remove finished parts from the machine and perform basic inspections for defects. Use counting scales to count and verify quantities of finished products. Maintain production records and complete paperwork related to time, output, and materials. Keep the work area clean and organized, including routine cleaning of equipment. Package finished products by boxing, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping pallets. Pallet jacks safely operate to move finished goods within the facility. Report any machine issues or material shortages to the supervisor. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment. Support material handling, including moving raw materials and finished goods. The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the
Compliance Officer Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus but not required.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to follow instructions and work well with others. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to operate counting scales and handle basic documentation.
