Job Description:

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Ice Cream Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ice cream and a strong background in food production. This role involves overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain ice cream production equipment.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to produce various ice cream flavors.
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure consistency and quality.
• Perform quality checks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new flavors and products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in food science or culinary arts is a plus.
• Previous experience in food production, preferably in dairy or ice cream manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
