Job Description

Team Assembler Veethree Electronics & Marine, LLC 2050 47th Terrace East, Bradenton, FL 34203 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow work orders, production drawings, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions. Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, or holding devices. Secure parts using crimping, staking, bolting, riveting, welding, soldering, pressing, or similar methods. Install finished assemblies or subassemblies into cases/cabinets. Attach labels and hardware, e.g., caps, clamps, knobs, switches. Conduct intermediate assembly tasks (sanding, epoxy bonding, stamping, etching, etc.). Operate machines for pressing, shaping, or winding components. Adjust materials to meet specified electrical or dimensional characteristics. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, and equipment (5S standards). Report defective materials or mechanical failures. Inspect assemblies to ensure they meet production specifications and standards. Prepare finished goods for packaging and placement on pallets. Set up and operate calibration equipment when needed. Perform other duties as required, including overtime at short notice to meet production demands. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED. Six months of related experience/training or equivalent combination. Qualifications Read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and Bill of Materials. Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication. Basic shop math and accurate counting skills. Basic database entry capability. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools. Basic soldering skills. Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks. Self-motivated, adaptable, and team oriented. Efficient time management and responsibility. Keen attention to detail with a focus on quality. Ability to respond promptly to internal/external customer needs. Supportive of company goals and values. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations May require completion of ESD, IPC, or specialized training. Work Environment Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise. Physical Demands Standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Frequent walking, reaching, and using hands. Occasional climbing, bending, kneeling, or lifting (up to 25 pounds).
