out of 5 stars 1401 Commerce Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34243 Build and repair production Lay-In, Miter, and Trimming Jigs. ( Including the following: Other duties may be assigned ) Retrieve materials such as Wood, Metal, and Hardware. Place wooden or metal blocks over Layout drawings, in accordance to CAD Plots. Label Jigs properly with Bill of Material’s part numbers. Place finished jigs at the proper location. Observe all safety requirements including wearing personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, face shields, and gloves as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Requires the ability to read and understand Tape measure in both standard and metric and CAD prints. Requires ability to operate hand tools and power equipment such as: a) Drill motors b) Drill presses c) Staple Guns d) Belt Sander e) BendSaw f) Grinders g) Cold Saw h) Table Saw i) Read prints j) Welding experience is a plus None Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
