Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Machine Operator / Production Worker in our Block Plant. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can perform minor machine adjustments and repairs, and plays a key part in ensuring the quality of concrete block production.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform minor machine adjustments and repairs as necessary to ensure smooth production. Operate machinery in a fast-paced production environment. Maintain quality control of concrete blocks moving through the assembly line. Support a small, close-knit team, contributing to the overall success of the production process. Occasionally assist with palletizing blocks when needed.

Qualifications:

Experience as a machine operator is a plus. Forklift experience is advantageous. Ability to work long hours and demonstrate reliability. A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform minor repairs or adjustments to machinery.
