- Job Summary
- As a Deco Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the production team, responsible for preparing, packing, and palletizing products. This position involves manual labor in a dynamic environment, supporting the creation and packaging of seasonal and festive products.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Perform packing and stacking tasks on the production line. + Assemble boxes and product displays. + Assist in preparing frosting and mixing ingredients. + Pack finished products and prepare them for shipping. + Palletize products and ensure proper labeling and organization. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Follow all safety and quality control procedures.
- Physical Requirements
- + Ability to lift between 25 and 40 pounds regularly. + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus. + Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Teamwork skills and good communication.

- Work Environment
- + Climate-controlled warehouse. + No piercings, artificial nails, nail polish, or jewelry allowed on the production floor. + Hairnets, beard nets, and composite-toe or safety shoes must be worn.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $14.00 – $14.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
