Distillery Production Worker Muscle Craft Distillery Stuart, FL 34994 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Distilling Spirits, an understanding of safety practices, and mechanical knowledge to support our operations. Responsibilities Operate Distillery equipment and assist in the production of liquor. Ensure all products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards. Produce, Bottle and label bottles. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with HACCP and CGMP guidelines. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred. Knowledge of Liquor processes and production is a plus. Familiarity with food safety regulations (HACCP) and good manufacturing practices (CGMP). Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively. Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
