Assembly Line Lead Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to overseeoperations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in assembly line processes andmechanical knowledge, ensuring that production goals are metefficiently and safely. As a Line Lead, you will play a crucialrole in managing team performance, coordinating tasks, andmaintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of assembly line workersto ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.

Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools used in thefabrication and assembly processes. Ensure that all safetyprotocols are followed within the warehouse environment to promotea safe working atmosphere. Train new employees on equipmentoperation, safety procedures, and best practices for assembly linework. Monitor production quality and troubleshoot any issues thatarise during the manufacturing process. Collaborate with managementto implement process improvements and optimize productivity.

Maintain accurate records of production output, equipmentmaintenance, and team performance. Must speak SPANISH Able to work4:15 pm – 12:30 am (2nd SHIFT) Monday through Friday
