Assembly Line Leader Staffing Specifix Miami Lakes, FL 33014 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly line processes and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. As a Line Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing team performance, coordinating tasks, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of assembly line workers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules. Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools used in the fabrication and assembly processes. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed within the warehouse environment to promote a safe working atmosphere. Train new employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices for assembly line work. Monitor production quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize productivity. Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and team performance. Must speak SPANISH Able to work 4:15 pm – 12:30 am (2nd SHIFT) Monday through Friday Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assemble and fabricate components using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety compliance.
