Employee will ensure that metal components are ground and properly prepared for the next production phase, according to quality standards and daily production quotas. Must have the ability and experience to operate hand tools, in addition to using all kinds of parts or raw materials, tools, and machines in support of production operations using jigs, samples, cut sheet, full scale and instructions for grinding. Sets up and operates all available machine tools and performs progressive grinding operations on work with very close tolerances or unusual requirements, and fixes repairs as necessary. This may include but not limited to: Follow all Company Safety and Health Policies and Procedures, as well as Corporate Human Resources Policies and Procedures. Requires motor coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail while grinding Must be able to handle material product for grinding weighing up to 50 lbs with assistance. A high school diploma and/or 2 year experience is required. Basic Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Calificaciones:

Se busca persona para pulir los componentes de metales y prepararlos para la próxima fase de producción, de acuerdo a las Normas de calidad y las cuotas diarias de producción. Debe tener la capacidad y la experiencia para operar las herramientas de mano. Además, el uso de todo tipo de piezas o materias primas, herramientas y máquinas en apoyo de las operaciones de producción utilizando plantillas, muestras, hoja de corte, gran escala y las instrucciones. Configura y opera todas las máquinas-herramientas y realiza operaciones progresivas de rectificado en trabajos con tolerancias muy estrechas o requerimientos inusuales. Corrige las reparaciones que sean necesarias. Seguir las Políticas y Procedimientos de Salud y Seguridad de la Compañía, Seguir las Políticas y Procedimientos Corporativos de Recursos Humanos. Requiere coordinación motora, destreza manual, y la atención al detalle. Debe ser capaz de manejar productos y materiales de hasta 50 libras de peso con asistencia. Se requiere un diploma de escuela secundaria y / o 2 años de experiencia. Bilingüe Básico es preferido. (Inglés / Español)
