Role:

As a Product Acceptance Specialist B , you will contribute to quality assurance and compliance processes within a highly regulated and precision-driven manufacturing environment. This role provides the opportunity to work directly on systems that are essential to the performance and safety of aircraft components used worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product inspections to verify compliance with design and quality requirements. Document inspection results and maintain clear records of product conformance. Perform audits, surveillance, and quality monitoring activities. Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming items, ensuring proper control measures are followed. Perform initial review and recommend disposition for non-conformances. Facilitate customer product reviews during verification processes. Identify trends in non-conformance issues and initiate corrective action requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or a related technical role. Competency in using Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry systems. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Experience in QA inspection methods and procedures, including First Article Inspection Fluent in English (i.e. reading, writing, and verbal communication) Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of AS9100 requirements Experience in the usage of calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator, and Smart scope Understanding of Six Sigma / team concepts Advanced GD&T Skills•
