THE ROLE?

• Pastry Experience (Cookies, Alfajores, Macarrons, Mini Cakes)
• Assist with Gelato Production
• Adhere to all quality standards and procedures

WHO DO WE WANT?

• Enthusiasm and willingness to help with all ad-hoc tasks (including working in a freezer)
• Experience working in teams in a fast-paced environment
• Kitchen/food production experience ideal
• Able to stand for long periods of time (8 hour shifts)
• Attention to detail
• Punctual, Professional and reliable character
• Own vehicle preferred
• Schedule 7 AM to 4 PM
