Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the peeling, sorting, and packing of garlic according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure product quality and workplace safety Work efficiently and steadily to meet daily production targets Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency Communicate any production or safety issues to the supervisor in a timely manner Support a positive team environment through cooperation and good communication

Skills & Qualifications:

Physical & Job-Specific Skills:

Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout 8-hour shift Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for fast-paced sorting and peeling Strong attention to detail to maintain quality standards Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety and sanitation guidelines Capability to maintain cleanliness in a production environment

Work Ethic & Reliability:

Punctual and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility Ability to work independently while following clear instructions Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as needed Demonstrated ability to stay focused and productive

Communication & Teamwork:
