Job consist of manufacturing process of sausages and other related products. Packaging the products. Must be able to work on a cold environment (40ºF) Must be able to stand over long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs Must be able to maintain a clean work environment. High school diploma. Bilingual preferred. Responsibilities Operate food processing equipment to prepare and package products efficiently. Adhere to sanitation and food safety standards, including FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and compliance with GMP. Perform basic math calculations for inventory and packaging requirements. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
