- Wage range based on experience:
- + Operator wages generally ranges from $20+/hr. based on experience + Shift premiums offering $1/hour, $1.50/hour. + Weekend shift premiums offering time and a half

- Job Responsibilities
- : + Continuously maintain a clean and orderly work area.
+ Insure timely and accurate performance of responsibilities. + Capable of working independently to meet scheduled demands. + Capable of taking and following instructions with minimal direction. + Cleaning & maintaining plant. + Emptying slitter and press dump carts. + Cutting down make ready rolls. + Bailing & wrapping of slitter and die cutter trim. + Relocate and stage printed rolls from presses to die cutting, slitting and applicable areas. + Empty poly scrim in die cutting room and applicable areas. + Cleans work areas and returns useable parts to storeroom. + Observe all safety rules and regulations.
