Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Print Operator 1863FC LLC Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time $17 – $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Management Color management Entry level Full Job Description Job Summary As a DTG Print Operator, you will play a critical role in our daily production process, operating and maintaining two Epson 2100 printers using Garment Creator software, as well as our pre-treatment machine and heat presses. You’ll be responsible for preparing garments, printing, post-print finishing, and supporting our team in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has is familiar with print processes, color management, and quality control. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain Epson 2100 DTG printer using Garment Creator software. Pre-treat garments using the pre-treatment machine, ensuring quality and consistency. Use various heat presses for curing prints and applying heat transfers. Read and interpret daily production reports. Pick and organize blank garments for daily production. Locate print files on our server using team and design codes. Learn and understand the various sports licenses and teams we work with. Fold and organize apparel accurately to company standards. Package individual orders correctly for shipment. Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for blanks and supplies. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and overall operations. Manage color consistency across different prints, utilizing color management techniques. Maintain and troubleshoot printing machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency. Experience Proven experience in DTG printing, preferably using Garment Creator. Must be comfortable using computers and navigating file systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, crouch, reach, pull, and move for 8-10 hours a day. Bi-lingual candidates strongly preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Previous experience in a licensed apparel or sports merchandise environment is a plus.
