Print & Production Associate – Wide Format Printing (HP Latex, Flexi, Lamination)

$25/hour (Full-Time)

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Print & Production Associate to join our team. This hands-on role is critical to the smooth operation of our wrap and PPF business, combining printing, shipping, and customer service support. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience operating wide-format printers and lamination equipment, and be comfortable assisting with customer check-ins and basic shop operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate our HP Latex 335 wide-format printer and manage print jobs from setup to output Use FlexiSign/FlexiPrint software to process and adjust artwork files for printing Perform lamination using commercial lamination equipment, ensuring clean, accurate results Handle shipping and packaging of printed materials, ensuring proper labeling and timely dispatch Conduct inventory checks and assist in tracking film, vinyl, and consumables Help answer incoming phone calls and direct customer inquiries professionally Assist with customer check-in during peak hours and ensure smooth handoffs to technicians Maintain a clean, organized print area and assist in light maintenance of print equipment

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience with wide-format printing (preferably HP Latex series) Proficiency with Flexi software for RIP and print file management Familiarity with lamination processes and attention to detail in finishing work Strong organizational skills for managing print jobs and inventory tracking Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Dependable, punctual, and able to follow SOPs and production schedules Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed

Preferred:

Experience in the automotive wrap, graphics, or signage industry Familiarity with vinyl handling and wrap film types —
