Rental Car Support Team Member – Bilingual EDS Service Solutions Orlando, FL 32822 About the Company EDS Service Solutions is a nationwide company that supports the car rental industry across the United States. You’ll be working around the latest car models and supporting top-tier rental car brands in an airport environment. We offer a dynamic, hands-on role that keeps you moving and engaged throughout your shift. Job Description & Available Roles We are looking for bilingual individuals (English/Spanish) who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and delivering excellent customer service.

All roles are:

100% outdoors (exposed to weather conditions) On your feet and in motion for the entire shift Required to work weekends and holidays Using a company-provided smartphone to scan vehicles, generate reports, and communicate with your team You may be assigned to one or more of the following positions: Ready Line Greeter Welcome and assist customers returning their rental vehicles Hand off keys and help direct traffic flow Provide support to AVIS staff inside the garage Ready Line Auditor Scan and verify vehicles as they return Communicate via radio with customers and team members Monitor vehicle status and maintain inventory accuracy Inventory Agent Walk through garage areas and scan vehicles using a tablet Catalog cars based on condition and features Report any damage or maintenance concerns Shop Lot Coordinator Travel between airport garages organizing and updating vehicle inventory Identify rentable and non-rentable vehicles Log complaints and communicate directly with AVIS for resolution Additional Responsibilities May Include Driving vehicles between service or staging areas Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors Vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows, disinfecting dashboards and steering wheels Moving cars through the exterior car wash Performing final quality checks before delivery Transporting parts and supplies between locations Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Ensuring a positive and professional customer experience Requirements Valid U.S. driver’s license Minimum age: 21 Authorized to work in the United States Clean driving record (last 3 years) Weekend availability is required Fluent in English and Spanish (required) What We Offer $15.00/hour Full-time position (8-hour shifts: morning, evening, or overnight) Company-provided smartphone Benefits package including: 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Employee referral program How to Apply Submit your application at: www.edsservicesolutions.com/apply Or contact our recruiting department at (407) 392-0966 to schedule an interview.
