We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager to work at our West Palm Beach, FL office to support the Director of Production and Global Sourcing in managing the end-to-end production process—from PO initiation through final garment delivery. Job Summary:
The Production Manager plays a key supporting role to the Director of Production and Global Sourcing, helping to oversee all aspects of the production process. This position requires hands-on coordination with vendors, the Asia office, and internal teams to ensure timely submissions, approvals, and deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong follow-up skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Production and Global Sourcing in overseeing the full production process post-PO issuance Supervise and work closely with Production Coordinators to ensure all tasks, approvals, and communications are handled accurately and on time Ensure Production Coordinators are providing vendors with the necessary documentation and order guidelines Monitor production timelines and WIP reports to ensure that deadlines are met and any delays are proactively addressed Assist with cross-functional coordination to ensure internal and customer approvals are received and properly relayed Proactively identify potential delays or issues and escalate appropriately Support quality and compliance initiatives across production partners
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in apparel production, with prior experience supporting a senior leader or managing a small team Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and timelines Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and follow-up abilities Proficiency in Excel and production tracking tools Experience working with overseas vendors, particularly in Asia Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Production, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field Salary will be commensurate with experience.
