Maker Assistant Privi Designs DBA Luxe Lines Delray Beach, FL 33444 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our dynamic team in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the assembly line operations by assembling products according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate components as needed. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the warehouse and factory. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure equipment is functioning properly. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery and tools. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Ability to operate forklifts safely, with valid certification being a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork.
