The ideal candidate has prior experience in manufacturing, full-time availability and their own transportation.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Associate responsibilities are:

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Be punctual and on time for shift work (start time, breaks, end time).
• Proactively contribute to the best practices of production within area.
• Ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
• Working with textiles and different plastics.
• Light Manufacturing and assembly environment
• When applicable, suggest and implement improvements to workflows, procedures, and efficiencies in your area.
• Work with your supervisor and team to ensure products are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure inventory is kept organized and labelled in your area and in cooperation with your supervisor.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• High School Diploma;
• Must be conscientious of quality control for finished products;
• Must have a team spirit to accomplish final goals and work cooperatively with others;
• Attention to detail is essential;
• Must be flexible to work on various tasks as required;
• Individual must be safety oriented;
• Individual must be conscientious and reliable;
• Able to take and follow instructions;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Effective communication;
• Prior experience in production and assembly (Preferred);
• Should be able to use tools (saw/impact/drills);
• Mechanically adept, with a strong understanding of basic equipment operation and maintenance;
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Steel-toe boots and other PPE (supplied) will be required

• Monday to

Thursday:

6:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Friday:

7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

• Occasional overtime may be required.
