Job Description Under the supervision of the Production Director, oversees all digital audio production, lighting, stage & scenic design & live video production for all venues. Designs and develops all production needs for ancillary and main campus events outside of regular services. Provides an excellent environment through audio/visual/stage/web experience to help the congregation to understand and experience what Calvary Church is all about so that they be healthy productive disciples of Christ. Responsibilities for Production Schedule all Production Ministry Partners for all Services and Events in Planning Center Online.
Schedule all Production Ministry Partners for all Special Events that require Production support.
Participate in all weekly and monthly Production Department meetings.
Prepare and Facilitate all Production Huddles to build strong rapport with volunteers and ministry partners.
Prepare and help lead all onboarding meetings for Production Ministry Partners.
Schedule all Production Ministry Partners for Student Ministry with Production Intern support.
Supervise Production Ministry for Student Ministry in partnership with Production Interns and Student Ministry Staff.
Oversee and coordinate all production needs and responsibilities for all ancillary events, including Baptisms, Memorials, and Special Events on campus.
Oversee all design concepts outside of worship for services, including lighting, graphics, sound, and broadcast in partnership with the Production Director.
Develop and create original projects that enhance the efficiency of the Production Ministry.
Set quarterly goals for professional growth in audio, video, lighting, broadcast, production ministry trends, and leadership dynamics.
Consistently power up and shut down all production equipment for all services and rehearsals in the correct sequence.
Maintain and provide consistent monitoring and maintenance of all production technical equipment for all auditoriums, including hazers, lighting equipment, soundboards, cabling, video switchers, Productionputers, amplifiers, racks, Video cards, and all broadcast equipment.
Inform the Production Director in writing of all concerns regarding technical equipment.
Participate as a Director in all Regular Services.
Prepare Message Notes for Broadcast and In-Service Use for Main Services.
Participate and/or supervise all Special Services as Director, including 3rd Party Events and Memorial Services.
Maintain and enhance QLab and Bitfocus Companion for all services and special events.
Prepare and maintain all QLab and Bitfocus Companion cues and automation for all special services and requests.
Prepare ProPresenter and PVP for all services and events in the Main Auditorium.
Prepare ProPresenter and the Sound & Lights needed in the Kids’ Aud for Special Events.
Prepare ProPresenter and the necessary sound and lighting equipment in Room A for Special Events.
Prepare ProPresenter and the necessary sound and lighting equipment in Auditorium B for Special Events.
Support the Communications Ministry with Photography and Videography Requests.
Support the Communications Ministry with the weekly Wee Video.
Support IT Ministry with networking, ing, and Apple-device requests.
Support IT Ministry with a weekly audit.
Under the direction of the Production Director,
provide and maintain active lists of weekly tasks and responsibilities.
troubleshoot all audio, video, lighting, and broadcast tickets.
participate in the design and development of Production for future campuses for Calvary Church.
help develop and implement a Production Ministry Manual.
help develop and implement a consistent Production Ministry training program.
Attend and participate in all Staff Meetings and scheduled staff events.
Serve at the discretion of the Sr. Pastor.

Exposure and understanding of digital audio production, concert lighting, stage & scenic design, and live video production from any industry.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with creative & cutting-edge technology.
Experience with multi-site churches & broadcast video delivery is a plus.
Experience with video and/or sound editing is a plus.
Should have stronganizational &puter skills. Renewed Vision software & Planning Center Online software knowledge is a plus.
Proven leadership skills and abilities to oversee ministry partner teams to ensure al; aspects of the ministry under your supervision are run effectively and efficiently. Lead by example. Delegate appropriately through mentoring.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
