Whether you’re assembling, sewing, or preparing materials, your work will directly contribute to the comfort and quality our customers expect.

• What You’ll Do
• You’ll be involved in various stages of mattress production, including: + Assembling mattresses using pneumatic tools such as c-ring hog-ring guns, staple guns, and hot glue guns + Constructing Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units and applying upholstery layers + Inspecting components and finished products for quality and structural integrity + Assisting in box spring assembly and manual mattress construction + Participating in quilting processes, including sewing, cutting, and measuring materials + Operating as a Machine Loader, preparing materials for quilting machines •What You Bring•+ At least 1 year of experience using hand tools and performing general assembly + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English + High school diploma or GED + Willingness to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (8+ hours per day) •Preferred but Not Required•+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment + Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement practices •Why Join Us•+ Opportunity for permanent placement—many of our team members transition from temporary to full-time roles + Clean, air-conditioned facility with a strong focus on safety + Overtime opportunities during peak seasons + Be part of a fast-paced, supportive team that values quality and efficiency •Work Environment•You’ll work in a dynamic manufacturing setting that requires physical activity, including standing, lifting, and bending.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
