The ideal candidates will be responsible for fabricating and assembling products on the assembly line, ensuring quality and efficiency in all operations. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools to support various production tasks. Responsibilities Fabricate components according to specifications and quality standards. Assemble products on the assembly line, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Operate machinery and equipment safely, adhering to all safety protocols. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various manufacturing tasks. Conduct routine inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and material handling. Operate forklifts as required, following all safety guidelines. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues. Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Ability to work effectively on an assembly line while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management processes. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
