Largo, FL | On-site | $17/hr | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Training Required on 1st Shift Are you passionate about graphic design and love seeing your work come to life on real products? Do you have a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every pixel matters? If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and turn creative concepts into production-ready artwork, we want to meet you. We’re looking for a talented Production Artist to join our team on 2nd shift . You’ll kick off your journey with hands-on training on 1st shift, then transition to a key role prepping and perfecting artwork for everything from custom mugs to t-shirts and more. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay at $17/hour and the potential to grow within one of the largest promotional products companies in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepping artwork with precision—layout, sizing, color matching, touchups, and separations Proofing files with a fine-tooth comb for accuracy and production-readiness Juggling multiple projects while keeping timelines tight and quality high Collaborating with internal teams to nail down specifications and solve challenges Ensuring every design meets brand and quality standards before heading to production

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (you live and breathe vector files) Bonus points for knowledge of silk screening, pad printing, heat transfer, and 4-color process printing Excellent organizational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail A reliable team player who communicates clearly and thrives under pressure Willingness to work overtime when needed.
