Pay Rate 18.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 am to 5 00 pm. Industrial Sewing Operator Duties and Responsibilities Operate heavy-duty sewing machines to fabricate, assemble, and reinforce fiberglass-based fabrics and materials used on boats. Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch, hem, and assemble fiberglass and coated fabrics Interpret patterns, measurements, and work instructions to ensure accuracy. Inspect products for quality and durability. Hands-on role requiring attention to detail, consistency, and experience with industrial textiles. Collaborate with production staff to meet deadlines and project goals Industrial Sewing Operator Qualifications and Requirements 2+ years of related work experience operating industrial or commercial sewing machines Ability to work with thick or coated fabrics Hands-on role requiring attention to detail, consistency, and experience with industrial textiles.
