Pay Range:
$18-22/hr 12 months Shift hours are 3:30 PM-2:00 AM Mon-Thurs Summary + Operates through-hole or surface mount technology (SMT) automatic assembly equipment to produce high quality complex printed circuit board assemblies. + Responsible for set-up, operations and routine maintenance. + Manually or using semi-automatic equipment screen print solder paste. + Operate adhesive dispensing equipment. + Loads components supplied in tubes or reels onto feeders, and loads feeders onto placement equipment. + May hand place some SMT components. + Place assembled printed circuit boards into solder reflow ovens. May use standard electronic hand tools (solder, flux and adhesive). + Utilize drawings, visual aides and other instructions to identify defects. + Under limited supervision, responsible for moderately complex Surface Mount manufacturing processes utilizing automated equipment and hand assembly. + Performs semi-routine SMT, Inspection and AOI equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment and utilizes other Surface Mount Technology equipment such as X-RAY, Stencil Printing, etc. + Knowledge of MyData and Universal SMT machines a plus. + Candidates must be able to read/write English Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
