Dipper Hours:
6:45 AM till end of shift or as assigned.
Requirements:
Stand prolonged periods of time. Strong arms/back. Bending/lifting up to 50 lbs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Controls product flow on line, which effects production, (quantity and quality). Inspects product for foreign materials. Inform supervisor of any problems with getting materials to lines and change over. Removes ice from tubs (keeping below 50 F) Helps keep area clean, sanitary. Helps rewash product when not dipping. Any other duty as assigned. Keep area clean and sanitary.
