Job Description

Pharmaceutical Production Operator Mohnark Pharmaceuticals Inc Fort Pierce, FL 34947 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmaceutical Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the preparation, operation, and monitoring of production equipment used in the manufacturing of topical creams and gels, including homogenizers, mixing tanks, and tube filling machines . The operator will ensure all processes are executed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety standards.

Duties Batch Preparation:

Assist in weighing, measuring, and loading raw materials into mixers and homogenizers per batch records.

Equipment Operation:

Operate and monitor homogenizers, mixing tanks, and electrically and pneumatically powered tube filling machines.

Setup and Changeover:

Set up machines for different product runs; perform clean-in-place (CIP) and sanitation procedures.

Process Monitoring:

Observe and document critical parameters (e.g., mixing speed, temperature, fill weights) throughout production runs.

Documentation:

Accurately complete batch production records, cleaning logs, and equipment use logs.

Quality Assurance:

Report deviations or anomalies in process or product quality to supervisors immediately.

Maintenance Support:

Perform basic maintenance and assist with troubleshooting under guidance of technical staff.

Compliance & Safety:

Adhere to GMP, OSHA, and internal safety policies at all times. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in manufacturing preferred. 1+ year of experience in a pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or related regulated production environment is preferred. Ability to read and follow SOPs, batch records, and work instructions accurately. Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment irregularities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically active environment.
