Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Keep work area and tag shed clean and free of clutter and debris.

Must have good mathematical skills. High School diploma or GED Be willing and able to work in all types of weather environments (cold, hot, rain) Must have an excellent attendance record Be able to communicate effectively (have clear command of the English language). Be willing to learn and have the ambition to advance when opportunity arises. Be able to stand, bend, stoop and reach for an extended period of time. Be a team player. Be flexible (Be willing and available to work overtime as needed). Be able to follow directions and understand when to ask questions. Must be able to identify problems and communicate issues effectively. Have the ability learn the different lumber sizes, grades, and treatments. Must have the ability to learn how to identify the correct end tags required to pull for the production run. Be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
